[Help-gnu-radius] MySQL on Radius

Hello,

I am new to this list and actually I am new to RADIUS itself.
I tried to install RADIUS via Cygwin because I need to work on it in a Windows 
XP environment.
First of all, I couldn't ceate the MySQL databse when executing: make mysql as 
it said in the README file.

- Is there any step-by-step manual to fully install radius on cygwin?
- How to create the databse while it is telling me there is no entry for it?
