[Help-gnu-radius] radiusd defunct

Hi All.
There is a problem with radius-1.2
I have a Mandrake Linux 10 with kernel-2.6.3 and radius-1.2, which is used for 
autorization and accounting.
All works good, but periodically radiusd ceases to answer any request.
'ps ax | grep radiusd'  show something like this:

 5483 ?        S      0:00 /usr/local/sbin/radiusd
 5500 ?        S      0:00 radiusd<defunct>
 5549 ?        S      0:00 radiusd<defunct>
 6363 ?        S      0:00 radiusd<defunct>
 6365 ?        S      0:00 radiusd<defunct>
 
In my debug I saw the next (translate from russian):

Auth.error: prosess receive void header (length=0, error="File exists")
Acct.error: prosess receive void header (length=0, error="File exists")

After this I'm forced to restart radiusd to bring radius back to life.
So, I have no idea what's going on.
