A minor terminology correction:
1. NAS-IP-Address is not a macro, it is a radius attribute name.
2. "NAS" (Network Access Server) and "RADIUS client" mean the same
thing: a piece of (possibly remote) equipment that communicates
with the radius server.

According to the RFC 2865:
[NAS-IP-Address] indicates the identifying IP Address of the NAS
which is requesting authentication of the user
So, this is actually what you need.
