[Help-gnu-radius] Acct Stop records missing

Hi,

Strange problem with accounting records.  We use a NAS Max Ascend 6000.
Dial up users only.
Some stop records are not showing up for some users. The detail file will
show many start records over a period of time but not a single stop record.
The user in question stays connected for long periods at a time, sometimes
days before either the connection is dropped or they disconnect themselves.
Most other users who dial in  for regular intervals have complete accounting
records.  Any ideas why this is happening?
