Nope. And if it were, you should be able to set something like the
following in the opion{} section of your config file:
username-chars "address@hidden&\\/$";
But IIRC the $ is in there by default.

Please, try:
'$enab15$' Service-Type = Administrative-User,
User-Password = "enable"
NULL
