[Help-gnu-radius] Proxy Errors

I seem to be occasionally getting proxy errors such as:

Jul 01 16:37:26 Proxy.error: (Access-Accept local 69  )Unrecognized  
proxy reply from server 127.0.0.1, proxy ID 69

Which seem to coincide with the remote Radius server claiming it  
doesn't get a reply from my server.

I'm currently running 1.4 on a Gentoo Linux system. Do you have some  
suggestions on how I can fix this?
