Help on Tags creation for TCL

HI,

I am trying to use emacs for windows for tcl script files.
I want to create tags table for a directory of files having tcl scripts.
When i tried to use etags to create the tags table as shown in the help it
is giving me the following error.

C:\Emacstemp\bin>etags --regex=/proc[ \t]+\([^ \t]+\)/ c:\base\*.tcl
etags: /proc[: unterminated regexp
/t]+/([: No such file or directory
/t]+/)/: No such file or directory

Could you please mail me the correct --regex expression to be used to
generate the tags file.
