anyone seen the stow list server?

Hi, all --

Has anyone seen the stow list server?  I went to savannah.gnu.org to
learn about stow and then tried to browse the archives but have
continually found that the server is unavailable.  I'm not even confident
that my first post made it to the list...

Is it just me?  If not, does the server fall over often?
