help needed on GCC and GDB on windows 98

Hello sir,

I want to install GCC and GDB(i.e compiler and debugger) on windows 98
system. I want to compile and debug a program for the ARM platform. That
means i need cross-compiler and debugger. Can any help me by telling,
from where i shall get GCC and GDB files which can be compiled for ARM
platform. I want a free compiler to compile these GCC and GDB for the
cross platform. Please tell me the procedure.
