Hello
I suggest a feature request into gnucap.
A LED diode, laser diode, photodiode and avalanche photodiode.
It would be necessary to represent the optical signal somehow.
For example by a ground-connected zero-impedance current loop?
Is it possible to have a zener diode in Gnucap, too?
