Hi,
I face a problem while using gnucap.
If a model is used in circuit netlist and saved into a file errors
are showing up.
I copy the related output below:
address@hidden:~$ gnucap
Gnucap 2008.05.27 RCS 26.81

.model 2N2222 npn ( level=1 kf=NA( 0.) af=NA( 1.) bf=NA( 100

My question is whether default values are being used for simulation?
Why default values are prefixed by NA.
Am i supposed delete NAs if i want the default values to be used?
(Though here i included only models of two devices,
same error is seen in larger circuits)
