[Help-gnucap] Multiple instances having the same instance name

Hi, 

In my netlist I have the following: 

... 

RD d0 d1 5K
CD d1 0 0.5P
XD d1 d Vdd Vb buf

RCLK clk0 clk1 5K
CCLK clk1 0 0.5P
XD clk1 clk Vdd Vb buf 

... 

That is the instance name XD is used twice for two different instances.
The whole circuit works well despite what I think is an error. 

Is this intended behaviour or should this fail to compile?
