[Help-gnunet] Not connected to any hosts

What does the Warning not connected to any hosts message mean in 0.4.0? I 
seem to be getting it on every request. I'm not behind nat and port 2086 is 
open... 

BTW could someone give me a keyword for something they know to be in the
