That's no error, that's normal operation. Not everything in the lots is an 
error, especially if you crank up the loglevel to excessive heights :-). 

Every second, GNUnet does some checks on the status of the connections, that's 
all that's going on. Nothing to be worried about, everybody has these (you 
may call it a case of excessive logging, but it is on level 7 ("DEBUG") 
already, which is the highest used level (8 and 9 are not used)). If you want 
to avoid these messages, go to a loglevel of 6 and below.
