Ever since I upgraded to 0.6.0 on my three machines (all using the packages
from Debian unstable) I've seen really, really poor performance. File
transfers eventually reach about 5 bps and stay there; I've seen files only
transfer 300k in 10 hours. I'm having trouble doing searches now -
searching for "test" produces no results. I don't even see content I've
inserted from the same machine.
On a possibly related note, after I've left gnunet running for a while I
can't politely kill it - /etc/init.d/gnunet stop doesn't work, so I need to
killall -9 things.
Things were working reasonably well with 0.5.5. What happened? Is there
some config file change I should've done when upgrading? How do I go about
troubleshooting this? Restarting gnunet seems to help, but only for a
couple minutes. Then things slow down to a crawl again.
