Hi there!
Certain known design flaws in gnunet-chat are currently hitting GNUnet.
gnunet-chat was always just designed as a tiny demo that would work in a
small network, but as it seems at the moment many peers have loaded the
gnunet-chat module which triggers one of the design problems, namely
excessive bandwidth consumption by looping messages.
It is thus advisable to not load gnunet-chat (edit config file, restart
gnunetd) to remove this bandwidth-hog.
Christian [thanks to Igor for reporting]
