Not fine! Argh The generate-file is missing. Get closer so I vent frustration 
by shooting the messenger according to old tradition! Seriously, I've been 
naughty and uploaded an fixed tarball replacing the old one without changing 
the name.  If you want to avoid downloading it again, the "generate" file (to 
be placed in src/util) is attached.
