A bit more info would be helpful. Why are you trying to install GnUTLS?
Does your Operating System provide no GnuTLS on its own or is it not
linked against libunbound?
Furthermore, what Operating System are you on?

I haven't read it in a while, but the output of the contrib/scripts/report.sh
script would be good.

As far as I remember unbound, you have to generate this file or
grab it from somewhere. Last time I looked at outbound in normal
systems was 1-3 years ago.

Did you run this as root or as some privileged user?
