GNUnet file sharing service does not work in Arch

There is currently a discussion in the Arch forum about why the GNUnet file sharing service does not work in the current gnunet AUR package. Does any of the GNUnet developers use Arch? Would you be willing to quickly review the AUR package and suggest what might be wrong in it?

It is possible to browse the package at https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/?h=gnunet, or download a snapshot from https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/snapshot/gnunet.tar.gz. AUR packages are centered around a PKGBUILD file.
