msys (or make) problem

Reinstalled windows due to a virus, I'm not able anymore to build the
gnustep libraries.

After installing make, I get this strange PATH:

note the "C/Tools" and the "C/Libraries"!

In this situation, for example, ffcall installs in
$GNUSTEP_SYSTEM_ROOT/libs and base doesn't build because, after compiling,
ld doesn't find the right paths.

The single difference with my old installation is that I've msys-1.07
because 1.06 is not available anymore.

Can somebody send me msys-1.06, please?

I must make a test with it because, otherwise, this could be a bug in
make.
