Make sure you installed ffcall. Make sure you did NOT install
gnustep-objc. Make sure there are no old copies of the libobjc library
around (from old GNUstep or gcc installations, etc).

Thanks. I had installed gnustep-objc which I've removed and apps compile
now.

ffcall is installed. When I rebuilt gnustep-base, the configure script
seemed to find it.

Should I manually build base or ffcall?

Well, I'm confused. Does it still not work? It should still work if built from SRPMs, but you have to make sure it's done in the right order, i.e. ffcall, gnustep-objc, gnustep-base, etc...
