In  GNUstep base  ... see base/Headers/Additions/GNUstepBase/GSObjCRuntime.h 
(or in the installed headers at  
/usr/GNUstep/System/Library/Headers/GNUstepBase/GSObjCRuntime.h) for runtime 
independent mechanisms to use most runtime features.
