What is the best method for testing or logging grub2 itself (as opposed to
config files)? Source code has a "set debug" option, is there a "verbose
logging" mode where it spits out everything it does? And given that when
grub2 runs most of the filesystem isn't yet available (including /var/log),
where would it spit that out? console/stdout tends to scroll away.
