Hi,
I managed myself to build win32 dlls for gsl 1.4 (libgsl.dll libgslcblas.dll)
using mingw (plus msys) and a libtool which was patched for cygwin/mingw. As I
have found a number of posts desperately asking for this stuff, I would send
detailed instructions or binaries to anyone interested.
