[Help-gsl] How to compile GSL under Visual C++ .NET 2003?

Hi, everyone,

  Recently I was obessesed by the problem of compiling GSL using MSVC 2003.
I knew I should compile it under Cygwin first, but I could not finish the
step mentioned in
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/help-gsl/2004-03/msg00009.html. Because
there is no .dsw file in the its CVS version.
  I don't care GSL 1.7 or 1.8. Please help me out if someone has this
experience.
