[Help-gsl] building gsl using mingw under win32 |

It's known that there's no problem building gsl project using Cygwin. I
wonder if it's ok to build it using mingw. Yeah I have tried with
success, but have no idea if it's ok for scientific computing, because
I've noticed some warnings when configure, and furthermore, mingw is not
that complete as Cygwin.
