[Help-gsl] GSL in Visual Studio

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a Visual Studio user and would like to use GSL. I
downloaded GSL-1.4 and find in file INSTALL that there
is another version of library for Visual Studio. But I
can not find it on http://sources.redhat.com/gsl.
Could you please point me to the right place for
downloading it.
