[Help-gsl] desperate newb: can't find libgsl.dll at runtime

Hi,

I am new to C++/Eclipse/CDT/GSL and desperate to get gsl working!

I am trying to run the example in the documentation, I can build and link
fine but when I try to run the file I get the following error:

"can't find libgsl.dll at runtime"

I have added the bin path to the system (as well as to everywhere I could
find a place to put a path inside eclipse :)

Help much appreciated,
