In order to make it possible to include in Cmake and 
in another programs it might be necessary that you and 
 Felix Woelk (do you have his e-mail? because we would need to ask him
also, as he is the original author, I believe) explicity give permission to 
release it under the same Cmake license (BSD style). Would you agree in that?
In that case, I woulld sugest that you add a comment saying that.

(I know that most of us are not thinking all the time about licensig 
issues when programming, but they are important for example for ensuring that 
our software can be redistributed without problems, and included in 
distributions like Debian)
