Hello. Thanks for your email. You can checkout the latest sources with
bzr branch bzr://bzr.savannah.gnu.org/gsl/trunk/
For translation everything is in the doc/ subdirectory. Note that the
manual is over 500 pages, so translating it would be a big project.
