Offhand, I'm not aware of any.

We've not had a release in quite some time.  We lack a maintainer.
The bug backlog is nontrivial
(https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?group=gsl).  Make check is broken on
at least one common platform.  And many suggestions on the mailing
list fall through the cracks.  There's quite a bit to do before
expanding the library's functionality.

All that said, I'm sure patches would be welcome.
