[Help-gsl] test release for GSL 2.3

Dear all,

  I would like to release the next version of GSL (2.3) due to a few bug
fixes. I have uploaded a test release to:

ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/gsl/gsl-2.2.90.tar.gz
ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/gsl/gsl-2.2.90.tar.gz.sig

All reports are welcome - anyone who can test on various platforms would
be appreciated (Linux, BSD, Mac OS, Windows).

Please try testing the build and also the documentation:

./configure && make && make check && cd doc && make dvi

Please report any successes/failures.
