Users Manual question

Thanks fo the input. I think I might expand
on hurd.texi because alot of the info is
exactly what I had. I notice there is a
large USER gap between 3.-bootstrapping and
4.-Foundations. 

I can try to fill this in with the basics of
being a user and possibly being a completely
new user(how do I get to my cdrom,etc.). Is
this what is needed?
