Basic tarfs implementation

Hi,

I have worked on a basic read-only tarfs implementation which you can get
at http://people.type-z.org/ludo/hurd . So far, it allows to "mount" tar
files, even if they are gzipped or bzip2'd (thanks to libstore).

It's based on libnetfs and borrows a few lines of code from Midnight
Commander, GNU Tar, and of course mboxfs. ;)
