I think it looks ok.
I installed the Hurd files in /dev/hda6 (Linux).
I assume you followed step 2 of http://www.debian.org/ports/hurd/hurd-install and created /dev/hda6 with: mke2fs -b 4096 -o hurd /dev/hda6 Also, make sure /dev/hda6 has a maximum size of 1 GB. What kind of cpu do you have (intel or amd)? I have an AMD notebook and i've been trying to install the hurd for a while know!
