What's the difference between run this two commands?:
dd if=/dev/zero of=debian-hurd-03102010-qemu.img.tar seek=2146959359 bs=1
count=1
dd if=/dev/zero of=debian-hurd-03102010-qemu.img seek=2146959359 bs=1 count=1
Do both "the same thing", or not?.
