Documentation for lwip-hurd

Hi,

I have been developing documentation for the hurd port of lwIP. So far, it has brief descriptions about all functions, the starting up of the translator and the journey of a packet. We are now planning to add overview for the files and details about function parameters.

The wiki is temporarily hosted at http://lwip-hurd-doc.herokuapp.com. Please check it out and let me know if you have any comments or suggestions.
