I've updated the page that you linked to in the LibreJS manual. For the
BSD 3-clause license you can use this link:
    http://opensource.org/licenses/BSD-3-Clause

Public domain isn't a license (see
https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#PublicDomain). I've added
a note about this in the manual.
