`|' marks beginning of order-only prerequisites just as `:' marks
beginning of normal prerequisites. So
dira/dirb/dirc|ALL_CFILES_I686
defines a rule with `dira/dirb/dirc' being a target and `ALL_CFILES_I686'
being an order-only prerequisite.
