What does it take to get make to report back an exit error status all the way back to the script that called make, so that the compilation process is stopped?
Is it possible you're using the -k flag with make? That will tell make to keep going when it encounters and error. The default behaviour is to stop. _________________________________________________________________Interest Rates near 39yr lows! $430,000 Mortgage for $1,399/mo - Calculate new payment http://www.lowermybills.com/lre/index.jsp?sourceid=lmb-9632-18466&moid=7581
