RE: HAVE_DOS_PATHS patch

We are getting error subdir.mk:141: *** target pattern contains no '% when we 
use  DOS/Windows paths in makefile and we are using patched make version 3.81 
make version to address this issue which is very old but it works. Does the 
above issue is addressed in latest Cygwin make version-4.3?

I don't understand the question... I know of no changes to the HAVE_DOS_PATHS 
configuration setting in quite a while.
