Hi Phil,
Yes, we've seen this issue repeatedly with gnome-terminal and
console. We will continue to work on it. Regarding the marking text
key, either control-6 or shift-control-6 should work. I know in some
cases where similar keystrokes are 'bound' by gnome-terminal, it wont
pass the keystroke through to the application, so maybe check the
shortcut key definitions for the terminal if neither ^6 or shift-^6
works... Thanks much.
