I have no idea what the Command key does. Does it behave like the Alt key
on Linux? Nano knows only Control and Alt; it has no knowledge of Command.

If the Command key behaves like Alt, then you can achieve the swap by
rebinding all the keystrokes: bind M-U paste main, bind ^U undo main,
and so on and so on.
