New version of MATCOM

Hi guys,

There's a new version of the MATCOM .M file compiler out. This version
also supports some of the Octave extensions:

from the readme:

           Supported extensions

           # comments, endif, enddo, endwhile, endfor, endfunctions, ++, -
           -, continue, <>, !=, arg, stdin, stdout, stderr.
           stdin, stdout and stderr will work only with printf/fprintf.

           Unsupported extensions

           ! operator as not, save/load syntax, functions builtin,
           variable argument list.^L

I haven't tried this version yet, but it seems a nice complement
to Octave.
