Hi!
I am a computer science student at the University of Firenze (Italy)!
I have to take an exam in Linear & Non Linear Programming, creating
a brief article where describe the principal methods
of optimization and the relative alghoritms that implement them (such
as the simplex method, etc). I would develop all that in
Octave environment: I believe that this effort can be useful and employed
to improve the basic functions of octave. In fact
I've seen that there are no functions in the section 23 of the Octave
User Manual (2.1.35).
So, who must I to make contact with? Who wants to help me in this work??
Regards...
