Including Octave in NCLab

Hello,

  I would like to ask whether it is OK to include Octave in NCLab

(http://nclab.com). NCLab is a novel web-based cloud computing environment 

for math, physics, programming, 3D design, web development, computer

modeling, scientific computing, and related activities. The use of NCLab is 

free for personal, non-commercial purposes but NCLab is not open source. 

Octave would be running on our servers and be used through the Internet.

Please advise.
