The new profiler

is really great! It pinpointed two time consuming loops in my program
and helped me reducing the runtime from 14min tot 2.5min by rewriting
those functions. The functions are 20x-25x faster now, and the speed om
my program is now limited by built in functions only (imwrite and most
importantly medfilt2).
Thanks to the team for this new function. I really recommend the
profiler to all.
