I think still there is a bug in 'mkoctfile' for Windows (though I don't run
Windows).
On a UNIXish system I see the following:
address@hidden:~> non_existent_program
bash: non_existent_program: command not found
behavior. I.e. there is a clear error message stating the requested program has
not been found.
'mkoctfile' should produce a similar message.
