fltk version conflict when installing octave-fltk |

I'm trying to build octave-fltk-0.6.1 which I believe to be the latest. I
have fltk-1.3.0-4 and ovtave-3.6.2 installed.
address@hidden octave-fltk-0.6.1]$ ./configure complains:
"configure: error: /usr/bin/fltk-config was found. But you donot have
FLTK-1.1.6, instead `/usr/bin/fltk-config --version` was found. Please
install FLTK-1.1.6 instead, from www.fltk.org to continue". I doubt I can do
that without breaking something.
Is there any way I can proceed?
