Many people have already confirmed your changes fix the problem.
If you want me to test the changes, I need a standard octave-X.Y.Z.bz2 tarball
which unpacks into octave-X.Y.Z directory and which accepts the standard
'./configure ... make ...' sequence.
Is there anything that hold the 3.6.4 release ? Yet other untested changes ?
Thanks,
Sergei.
